Space Crafters, Inc.

This lot had been vacant for more than twenty years after the existing fire-damaged structures were town down by the previous owner. After gaining the neighborhood's approval for our design, we had to start with bringing in all utilities. From there we erected a contemporary structure that echoed the historic character of the homes around it.
